New Delhi: Cube Highways Trust (Cube InvIT) has announced that it will pay a total of ₹11 per ordinary unit to its investors for the financial year 2024–25.
The trust earned 3,453 crore in FY25, which is a 12.3% increase from the previous year.
For the latest quarter, it will pay ₹3.75 per unit. This includes:

₹1.96 as interest

₹0.32 as dividend
-
₹1.46 as repayment of loan from its road-owning companies (SPVs)

₹0.01 as treasury income
The total payout for the quarter is ₹500 crore.
For the full year, the ₹11 payout includes:

₹5.71 as interest

₹0.55 as dividend

₹4.71 as loan repayment
-
₹0.03 as treasury income
In comparison, the total distribution for FY24 was ₹10.09 per unit.
During the year, traffic on its roads increased by 6.2%, and the value of its managed assets rose 25% to ₹32,266 crore. Its debt level remains stable at 44.65% of total enterprise value.
Cube InvIT added seven new road assets this year and signed deals to acquire two more. These moves are expected to increase returns for investors and reduce risk.
The record date for the upcoming distribution is June 2, 2025, and payments will be made by June 9, 2025.
Cube Highways Trust is supported by global investors including I Squared Capital, ADIA, BCI, and Mubadala. It manages highways in partnership with central and state governments.
