IRB Infrastructure and Developers (IRB) reported a 12 per cent year-on-year increase in toll revenue to ₹754 crore in December 2025, compared with ₹675 crore in the same month last year. The growth was driven by strong traffic momentum and healthy GDP expansion, the company said in a regulatory filing.

The toll collections include revenues from IRB’s two InvITs—IRB InvIT Fund (Public InvIT) and IRB Infrastructure Trust (Private InvIT). Of the company’s 24 operating assets, IRB MP Expressway in Maharashtra contributed the highest share, generating ₹170.3 crore in December 2025, up from ₹163.4 crore a year earlier.

IRB Ahmedabad Vadodara Super Express Tollway emerged as the second-largest contributor, with toll revenue rising to ₹84.1 crore from ₹70.7 crore in December 2024. This was followed by IRB Golconda Expressway (Hyderabad ORR), which recorded collections of ₹78.8 crore, compared with ₹71.3 crore in the previous year.

Commenting on the performance, Amitabh Murarka, Deputy CEO of IRB Infra, said the group witnessed strong and consistent traffic growth during December 2025, resulting in robust toll revenue supported by a healthy macroeconomic environment.

Separately, IRB recently secured a toll-operate-transfer (TOT) project from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) in Odisha for an upfront consideration of ₹3,087 crore. The company said the project puts it on a fast track to building an asset portfolio of ₹1 lakh crore in the near future.

IRB is among India’s largest toll road and highways infrastructure developers, with an asset base of approximately ₹94,000 crore spread across 13 states.
